Steph Korey Goodwin is the Co-Founder of Charmspring, a developmental children’s brand with a mission to bring more connection and fun to family life by giving kids an understanding of their world and routine. Charmspring’s hero product is the Springboard, an illustration-based visual routine board that helps children understand what’s coming next and develop age-appropriate skills in language development, literacy, and math.
Steph co-founded global lifestyle brand Away and is one of a handful of female founders to launch a billion-dollar company. She served as Away’s CEO from 2015 to 2020, during which the company achieved a $1.4 billion valuation, raised $156 million, and expanded to 26 countries. Prior to Away, Steph built and led the supply chain team at Warby Parker, overseeing product development, sourcing, and fulfillment.
She invests in and advises early-stage companies, the majority of which are founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. She believes in the universal distribution of talent but recognizes the unequal distribution of opportunity.
Steph lives in NYC with her husband and their two daughters.
