About
Steph Korey Goodwin is an entrepreneur and investor.
Steph is the Co-Founder of Charmspring, a developmental children’s brand to connect kids with the world they live in. The company’s hero product, the Springboard, uses illustrations to display children’s routines, helping them navigate their world with confidence, supporting their development and strengthening the parent-child connection. Charmspring products are all designed to help develop age-appropriate skills in language development, literacy, math, and executive functioning.
In 2015, Steph co-founded global lifestyle travel brand Away. She is one of a handful of female founders to start and steer a billion-dollar company. She maintained the position of CEO of Away until 2020. During her tenure at Away, her achievements included raising $156 million, expansion to 26 countries, and a $1.4 billion valuation.
Before launching Away, Steph designed and led Warby Parker’s supply chain. Steph put in place processes and strategies for product development, material procurement, and order fulfillment.

Steph supports and counsels emerging companies, the majority of which are founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. She lives in NYC with her husband and two daughters.
